How long does it take for home delivery?

For major cities, the delivery takes 2-3 working days. Working days are Monday-Saturday. For minor cities or interior cities, delivery takes 2-5 working days.

Why is my order cancelled?

You either provided incorrect phone number or incorrect address. Or you did not pick up the phone. We do not dispatch orders if not confirmed on call. Please pick up the phone when you get a call from unknown number otherwise your order will be cancelled if not confirmed in two days.

What courier do you use for delivery?

We use Leopard Courier to send most of our Pakistan orders.

Can I collect from a local store?

We offer a reserve and collect service. Only in Karachi from our office : Shop # 1, Plot 5-E, khayaban-e-Sehar, Shahbaz Commercial, Dha, Karachi.

Our products are 100% original. If you find it fake, you can get 100% cash refund except delivery charges.

Where do you get your supplies from?

We buy bottoms such as men & women jeans, trousers, chinos from the factories where these brands are made. These are either leftovers due to wrong size label attached or excess supply products. 70% of the products are bought from the factories and other suppliers. Some products are made in pakistan, turkey, china & india. But all of them are 100% original

Are you products tagged?

Around 80% of our products are tagged. Some of them are cut label and some are without the label.

Is it possible to make any changes in my order?

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we have an automatic invoicing system. For any changes to your order, please call us immediately after placing the order. We can attempt to stop or amend your order with our dispatch team, if it is not possible, we will advise you on the next steps.

How do I exchange an item?

You need to send the product back to us on our following address: Shop # 1, Plot 5-E, khayaban-e-Sehar, Shahbaz Commercial, Dha, Karachi.

Once we receive back your product, we will dispatch your another selected product on your address.

What do I do if I have received a damaged item?

At we hope that you are happy with your purchases. We take great care in dispatching goods to the highest quality, however we know that sometimes things can go wrong and you may need to return an item. Please follow the following procedure: We would require an image to be whatsapped to us providing all damage caused. Please whatsapp this to  03320320647. Make sure you include your reference number, a copy of your invoice and an image of the parcel you received it in.

Why have you not refunded the original delivery charge?

If you are returning an unsuitable item for a refund we will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost. The return delivery charges are paid by the customer.
